Bell Pepper Facts:
• Bell peppers contain very high amounts of vitamin C and Vitamin A.
• Red Bell Peppers have more than twice the vitamin C of a green Bell Pepper.
• Bell peppers also contain significant amounts of vitamin B 6 and dietary fiber.
